Qualtrics is a web-based survey software tool that enables users to do many kinds of online data collection and analysis including market research, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product and concept testing, employee evaluations and website feedback. The tool allows the campus community to easily create surveys, collect and store data, and produce reports.
A faculty member in the Social Sciences Division would like to acquire survey data related to research that is being conducted. The faculty member can develop and deploy a survey to a select group of respondents, and then perform statistical analysis on the results.
Qualtrics may be used for instructional purposes. IRB approval is needed for use with Human Subjects research.
